AvtoMarket LLC being one of the leading Russian manufacturers of parts for automobile exhaust gas systems and sellers of its products in the secondary spare parts market, AvtoMarket LLC has already been carrying out regular supplies of NeX mufflers to the conveyors of automotive manufacturers in Russia and CIS states for several years.

It is well-known that the requirements made for automotive parts to be supplied to a conveyor are higher than for those being offered in the secondary automotive spare parts market, i.e. service stations, automotive shops, automotive retail markets, etc.

Therefore, the delivery of our mufflers to conveyors has become a logical result of thorough inspections and tests performed by technical specialists working both at our enterprise and at automotive manufacturer enterprises.

Quality components
Quality components All components being supplied to us for manufacturing output products pass the internal inlet inspection. In our work we use:
  • only quality steel grades with proper thickness and complying with state standards (GOSTs);
  • a basalt heat-resistant fibre being applied for the first time in Russia;
  • other materials being suitable for the manufacture of our products having corresponding certificates.

Regular testing
Regular testing All our output parts for automotive exhaust gas systems pass permanent random check for conformity to technical and geometric parameters.

Every part supplied to the conveyor will pass full testing;

Annual testing of our mufflers at automotive test fields at automotive manufacturers facilities and at authorised certification centres; Certificates issued by the State Standards Committee of the Russian Federation (GOSSTANDART) and product conformity to the EURO-2 standard.
